For over two decades, Death Threat’s “For God & Government” has remained a pivotal release of the early-2000s hardcore era. Originally released in 2002 as the follow-up to the band’s undeniable classic “Peace & Security”, the album captured Death Threat at their most aggressive, urgent, and uncompromising. Its influence and demand have only continued to grow in the years since, yet despite its lasting impact, “For God & Government” has never been released on vinyl—until now.
Expanded with five bonus tracks, this long-awaited deluxe edition features remastered audio by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege and is housed in a gatefold jacket with a printed inner sleeve, finally giving the album the definitive presentation it has deserved for nearly 25 years.
